We will consider your request only if your organization meets the requirements outlined under the Policies section.

If you are interested in a major gift (greater than $10,000) you must contact the Foundation before submitting your application.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to requests that fall under one of the following areas of interest:
Online Application
Please note that if you represent a United Way agency within our operating network and you have received funding from us in the past, there is no need to submit an application. You will automatically be considered in the fall of the current year. We are not able to consider United Way requests outside of the fall employee giving campaign.
Begin a new application. If you have received funding within the past 12 months, you may apply again only after the date of your last funding. If you have a request that is still pending for which you have not received notification of a decision, please do not apply again. You will receive notice when a decision has been made. If you would like to make changes to a pending application, please contact the Foundation.
